Why You Should Quit Sugar and Artificial Sweeteners for Better Health

In this video, I talk about the dangers of sugar and artificial sweeteners, and how cutting them out can improve your health. Even if you're not trying to lose weight, sugar can cause inflammation, moodiness, and even lead to serious diseases like cancer and diabetes. Unfortunately, sugar-free products often contain harmful artificial sweeteners, which can wreak havoc on your body too.


I share my personal experience of cutting out both sugar and processed foods, and how it’s helped me feel so much better. I also give some tips on how to make healthier food choices, like sticking to fresh, whole foods and cooking at home. It’s tough to avoid processed foods, but by making small changes, we can improve our health and well-being. I hope my story helps encourage you on your journey!
