While planning our weekend is beneficial, especially concerning our meals and exercise, it's essential to remember that God establishes or directs our steps. We can stay committed to our nutritional goals and still be adaptable when it seems God is leading us in a different direction than expected. Through prayer and listening to God's guidance, we may witness His hand strengthening and guiding us toward new and fulfilling paths. See also Proverbs 3:5-6
