I hear many people talk about the difficulty of staying away from night-time eating. I think part of the problem is that we are tired after a full day of work. Sometimes because we are trying to "be good," we undereat at dinner and are genuinely hungry. Therefore, my recommendation is to have a healthy balance of protein, veggies and healthy fats. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water, avoid trigger foods and alcohol throughout the day so the sugar addiction is not fueled. Another trick is to clean your kitchen, turn out the lights, and stay out of the kitchen after dinner. I also enjoy a cup of herbal tea; the warmth is soothing. Going to bed early is also helpful to ensure you are getting enough sleep. And don't forget to pray! Blessings to you all!
