Want to know how to avoid overeating? A good start is to begin your day with a 20 oz glass of water, then drink another 20 oz glass mid-morning, one in the afternoon, and one with dinner. Be sure to finish your water at least two hours before you go to bed. Not only does drinking water help to keep you full, it also flushes out the toxins in your body, and keeps you hydrated and healthy. I also recommend praying first thing in the morning for God's help to keep you from eating your binge foods and overeating, and continued prayer throughout the day.
