Christians believe that God created the heavens and the earth. Psalm 19:1 says, "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands." His works show that He exists. A God who created the whole world and loved us so much that He sent His Son to die for us, can help us overcome our struggles with overeating and any of our struggles. Keep your thoughts on Jesus throughout the day and pray for strength, help and guidance to avoid the addictive food that surrounds us here in this world. He is all-powerful and hears our prayers. Amen!
