Morning prayer helps you focus on God and set a positive tone for the day. Whether it’s a simple two-minute prayer or journaling while sipping your coffee, connecting with God first thing can help you stay grounded and resist unhealthy habits.

Matthew 6:33 reminds us: “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
