Precious Holy Spirit,
I invite you fully to lead me in all of my decisions and to bless all my relationships through encouragement and accountability for what I choose to do today. Thank you that I can surrender my eating plan to you and I trust that you will guide me in making healthy and life-giving choices. Help me to be a blessing to others throughout this day. Amen.
