Dear God,
Thank you that your Word promises that with you all things are possible. Today I ask that you help me to live life in new ways that will help me to eat in ways that increase health in my body. Help me to renew my mind with positive ways to view how to best honor you dear God as I make healthy choices with my eating plan for the day. Amen.
