Have you ever wondered how much sugar there really is in some of our foods? Watch Julie as she visually demonstrates using weighed sugar. Sugar causes not only obesity, but also inflammation, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and more. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends consuming no more than 25 grams of sugar per day, but really, the closer you can get to zero, the better.
