Saturday Step: Step One




Step 1 - the acceptance step. Without this step of accepting that we have an addiction to certain foods, this program can't work. It is a known fact that sugar is addictive, and many of the other additives are also. High fat and high carb foods have the same effect on many of us. Without this acceptance, abstinence from our binge foods is not possible because there is no "why" or purpose. Once we accept the addiction, we understand the need for abstinence and the willingness comes. I pray for that willingness for you today.
