Saturday Step


Step 5: Now that your 4th Step is complete and you have filled out the resentments form, schedule time with a 5th Step partner. An accountability partner or trusted friend can help you through this process. Go over your Fourth Step worksheet with this person and leave nothing out. Tell them of your past, your hurts and fears. They can help you find patterns and see your part in them. Once you see your past more clearly and with more understanding, you can more easily forgive and move on. This is such a freeing step! Freedom from the past and freedom to move forward towards recovery.
