Salad dressings are full of sugar or artificial sweeteners and chemicals. I'm experimenting with making my own salad dressing. I combined 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tsp organic Italian seasoning, 3/4 tsp sea salt, and 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. I mixed the first three ingredients together, then drizzled in the extra virgin olive oil while whisking vigorously. I will let you know how it tastes on the salad, but the small amount I put on my tongue didn't taste too bad! Calories are 120 per tbsp.
