Sometimes you may find that your binge food list has changed. Perhaps something that used to be safe is no longer safe. It is good to keep an eye on your eating habits. Is there a food that's not on your "red" or "danger" list that is becoming a problem for you? Is there a new food you are thinking about a lot, and have a hard time stopping? Do you dread the idea of adding another food to your "Stop" list? Maybe try it for 30 days and see what you think. Sometimes this list changes with time.
