Recipe Wednesday: Helping you eat healthier

Oatmeal Fruit Bars.

3 mashed bananas (ripe)

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 cups oats

¼ cup unsweetened cashew milk

½ cup raisins (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 TBSP cinnamon


Mix all ingredients and bake in 8 x 8 pan sprayed with cooking oil at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
