I think most of us have often wished that we could just wake up thin. I know I have done that. Of course, we know that doesn't work. It took time for the weight to come on, although a surprisingly short time. It takes a longer time for it to come off, and we just need to be patient, eat right.
Don't worry about the weight – it's more important that you're eating correctly, getting the protein and other nutrients that you need. Once your diet changes, the weight will come off. So, we just need to be patient and work hard and diligently.
