In this video, Tony and I talk about my journey of quitting sugar in 2008, which helped me lose 90 pounds and maintain a healthier lifestyle for over 16 years. Abstaining from sugar and my binge foods, along with the 12 Steps and help from God, broke my cycle of overeating. We also talk about processed foods, usually full of sugar and artificial ingredients, are designed to trigger cravings and leave people unsatisfied. Due to the addictive nature of these ingredients, people are encouraged to avoid foods containing these additives. Together, they highlight the importance of whole foods, nutrition, and hydration in achieving lasting health and overcoming cravings.
