Meal Planning Made Simple

Meal Planning for Success

Isaiah 55:2b (NIV) says "Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and you will delight in the richest of fare."

One of the keys to freedom from overeating is meal planning. Decide ahead of time what you’ll eat, make sure you have healthy options in your home, commit your food to an accountability partner to help you stick to your plan.

✅ 3 healthy meals a day (lots of protein and veggies - healthy fats too)

✅ No added sugar snacks (try a boiled egg or some celery with sunflower butter)

✅ Avoid binge foods (check out our free traffic-light food guide!)

✅ Drink plenty of water

Planning doesn’t have to be complicated—start small and watch how it transforms your relationship with food. Avoiding sugar and processed foods is a great way to start.
