Exercise can be hard when we don't feel good, but even a little bit helps! Even if it's as simple as walking at the mall, or doing some chair exercises. Put some music on that you enjoy and do it alone, or with a friend. I started slow with the exercise and as I was able, I increased it but still kept it manageable and enjoyable. You can do a little bit too! Keeping the body moving is so helpful and healing! Check with your doctor to make sure your exercise plan aligns with your health needs. Have a blessed weekend!
