How to Stop Emotional Eating




Do you struggle with emotional eating? A lot of people do. Hi, I'm Julie with Reshape and Recover and I used to struggle with this too before I worked the 12 steps. I found recovery in the 12 steps. I used to eat over difficult emotions such as sadness, anger, stress, or even something as I was tired or bored or happy. Sometimes there didn't even seem to be a reason. I would turn to eating sugar and carbs. And then of course, the guilt and shame would follow along with the weight gain. I started having health issues. I was very grateful for the 12 steps and for the meetings that I attended.
