Healthy Recipe Wednesday


Shrimp & rice dinner. Super easy and quick. Tony and I buy a package of pre-cooked shrimp that's deveined and tail removed. I start by cooking minute rice, then boil the shrimp. Not including the time it takes to boil the water, both are done in about five minutes. Boiling our vegetable choice and top it with butter spray (0 calories). Delicious!
