Healthy Recipe Wednesday


Cauliflower Chicken: Prepare two chicken breasts or used precooked. Break up chicken and sprinkle with season salt. Boil cauliflower until soft, drain, then mash cauliflower. Add unsweetened cashew milk and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, then heat until melted. Mix all ingredients. Serves 2-3 people.
