Healthy Recipe: Tuna Salad Sandwich




Cottage cheese (instead of mayo) mixed with tuna makes a delicious sandwich. I've also heard that adding mashed avocado is very good. Put on a bed of lettuce for crunch, or if you like peppers and/or onions, feel free to add that as well! Delicious and only 330 calories.
