Healthy Recipe: Ham Dinner

This ham dinner was around 350 calories and easy to make. The potatoes were peeled and boiled, then sprinkled with season salt. The ham was sliced and seared in a frying pan without oil. Your choice of steamed vegetables make this a complete dinner. The whole dinner took less than 30 minutes to prepare and was delicious.
