Healthy Recipe: Egg Bake Muffins


Egg bake muffins. Mix six eggs with 1/2 cup of unsweetened cashew milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of diced ham, and some finely chopped broccoli. Pour into six muffin cups and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Just 170 calories and delicious and nutritious!
