Healthy Recipe: Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Banana Oatmeal Muffins. I've shown this one before, but not as a video. Made with 4 eggs, one banana, about 2 cups of oats, applesauce, and cinnamon. Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. About 170 calories each. Makes six or seven muffins. These are really easy to make, healthy, and yummy. Enjoy!
