Healthy Recipe

Baked salmon. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, pat salmon dry with paper towels, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased, rub salmon lightly with light olive oil on both sides, salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes per inch of thickness. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque. Serve with the veggies of your choice.
