Step Two reminds us of a powerful truth: We believe we have a loving God who is able to help us recover from overeating.


This isn’t about just trying harder—it’s about surrendering to a God who loves us, cares for us, and wants to see us free from food obsession. When we place our trust in Him, we no longer have to fight this battle alone.
