Finding Excitement Outside of Food


What is something fun that you did this weekend? In addition to church, music, and the pool, I went to see Fiddler on the Roof with a friend and had a great time! No food was consumed at the event, which is important because we need to know that we can have fun without food. I recently told our Reshape and Recover group that my food is boring - but that's okay because I find my excitement outside of the food. I have a list of meals I typically eat, which makes meal planning (and sticking to the meal plan) so much easier. What do you do for excitement that does not include food?
