Avoid Processed Foods




Make your healthy recipes without processed foods. The chemicals in processed foods are also no better than poison! The processed foods we are eating in America are filled with harmful chemicals, making us addicted and sick. People are suffering and sick due to these foods, which are not really food at all. Sticking to real food such as natural proteins like chicken, beef, nuts, etc. and organic vegetables and fruit, will make for a healthier body and a happier you!
