An accountability partner or sponsor can be very helpful in keeping you on track. Find a trusted friend and ask them if you can send them your meal plan and commit on a daily basis. It doesn't have to be perfect and swapping one type of protein for different type of protein, or one kind of veggies for a different, but similar type of veggies is okay. The main thing is to have a plan and to commit it to a trusted friend, and to God.
