First, begin your week with a plan of what you will be eating for the week. Make sure you have the groceries needed so you can stick to it more easily. 2) start each day with prayer that God will help you stick to your meal plan and not overeat. 3) continue to pray throughout the day. 4) make sure you are getting enough protein, fat, water and veggies so your body is getting the nutrients it needs to avoid cravings, and 5) reach out to your accountability partner or your support group.
